It took over 6 weeks to get the service performed. The original rep did not know there were special equip needed, after having to cancel the first appointment. Then after two weeks I check in on the progress and no one had ordered the needed parts. Then someone called to make the appointment, did not leave a message, and I called the number two days later to find out what was needed. It was only then I was able to schedule the work. The local affiliate was awesome to deal with in person and the work completed was done well. Overall, the experience was not up to an acceptable level.

The technician rescheduled once because of weather. Second time, he arrived and said he needed to order new clips and would be out the following Monday. When I heard nothing on Monday, I called and the lady said the part wasn’t ordered. She apologized and scheduled appt. for Tuesday. He called today and tried to reschedule because of weather. I told him I’d take it to Leyman’s garage. He said that was fine, but I needed to allow four hours and to drop it at noon. I did that. It was a huge hassle rescheduling and the technician not following up on parts that needed to be ordered.
