The first technician that come to service me was very disrepextful. He also brought the wrong piece of glass after I specifically gave ABRA the VIN for the vehicle. He took no ownership of our issue and was rude throughout the process. I planned my day around this intereaction and was very disappointed in the outcome.
The next day, the second technician told me that he also brought the wrong glass for the vehicle. After I called ABRA help service, he told me that it was the right piece and that he could actually change the windshield.
The customer service representatives I spoke with were all very helpful. The technicians, not so much.
