I asked my oil change sticker to be removed it was

Floor mats. U should use paper floor mats so custom

Like some tiny scratches in a vertical line on
glass. I’ll clean glass later & see if it’s the glass or

My windshield replacement took four appointments to complete because the employees never kept record of the parts they needed to order for the job. Once they forgot to order moldings; and another time at the shop, my windshield was returned to the warehouse after rescheduling the appointment for the moldings. I was not satisfied with the service until the fourth time. I called the dispatcher to ensure all the parts would be there for the final appointment, which went very smoothly. If only that had happened on the first or second try!
