I am a teacher, so I was a little worried that scheduling the mobile service would end up not working well since I was given a time range for when my car would be serviced and I can't just leave students in my room unattended. However, when I scheduled my appointment, I requested to have the technician come during my prep. Although I knew it would not be guaranteed, it couldn't hurt to ask. Nick came at the perfect time, during my prep, and completed the job before I had to go back to work. Nick was incredibly professional and polite and I appreciate the work that he did.
