You tried to put a cheap knock off door glass in my car and it would not roll up correctly. You had to get another good glass. So I had to return for a second visit. The technicians were both courteous and apologized for the problem but it does not appear you use the best quality replacement parts.

My experience was wonderful beginning with the initial phone call, the updates, and the technician who was able to replace my windshield at work which was extremely convenient for me. My scheduled time was between 8a-1p, and the technician made it there around 9:50. The service was quick and the quality is 100%. Competitive prices, the lowest out of 5 places I called to get a quote but on top of that I was offered a 1st time customer discount. I know this is just a windshield replacement, but for this to be a sudden, unexpected, and out of pocket expense for me that was wonderful considering paying out of pocket was lower than my deductible.
